3.中国为非黄热病疫情国家，所以并不需要小黄本。如果此前没有去过疫区国家，但下飞机后被要求出示小黄本的话，可以给工作人员出示图11-12，并直接跟工作人员说明：I have never gone to any yellow fever epidemic zone countries,Tanzania is not a yellow fever epidemic country,and we are not planing to going to any other countries,so we did not perpare it.
